A spider’s web, and then the fog

There’s something magical about spider’s webs.  The amount of work that goes into creating a web, and we so often don’t notice them.  I especially like seeing spider’s webs when decorated by moisture from fog or frost.

The Web

I never did see the spider that made this web, and I never saw whether it caught anything.

And, then there’s fog.  A fact of life in Canberra and in Adaminaby where I spend most of my time.  I liked this low level incarnation, though.

Both of these photographs were taken at Goolabri, just ten minutes north of Canberra, in September 2006.
